Music Note Apllique

One day I wanted some music note appliques to embellish my g but there were no good free ones so I decided that I would have to make my own, and here they are for you to share. Please give me credit for it and have people come here to get their copy but other than that do with it as you please. Also share pictures of what you do with them. =D



The animal heads were also crocheted by me and that will be in another post.

Quarter Note
-6 sc in circle
-inc around
-1 sc in next, inc, sc, inc, sc, inc, sc, sc
-ch 9, turn and sc in 2nd ch from hook and next 7 sts.
sl st same st and next 5 sts.
Fasten off.

Eighth Note
Make a quarter note with stem two sts shorter.
Ch9
sc in 2nd ch from hook. sl st in next 3 sts, dc in next 3 sts, *hdc, ch 1, sl st, ch 1, hdc* in last st. working in back of chains, sc in next st, sc in next 2 sts, dc in next 2 sts, sl st in last two. sl st to 1st st to join. Fasten off. Sew flag onto top of quarter note.

Two Connected Eighth Notes
Make 2 quarter notes that have the 2 st shorter stem.
-Ch 11. dc in 3rd ch from hook and in each ch across. (9)
Sew each quarter note to bottom of bar.
